Do the QR codes expire?
No. Your QR code encodes the destination URL directly, so it works forever. Many "free" QR tools actually generate a redirect link that stops working after a trial period — this one never does, because there is no server or redirect involved.
Is my data private?
Yes. The QR code is generated entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The URL you enter is never sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere.
What file formats can I download?

Can I customize the colors or add text?

Which error correction level should I use?
The default (Medium) works well for most links. If your QR code will be printed small, placed on a curved or textured surface, or might get scuffed, choose a higher level (Quartile or High) for better scan reliability.
Can I add my own logo to the QR code?
Yes. Upload an image in the Logo field and it's centered on the code with a background backing for contrast. Error correction is automatically raised to High so the code keeps scanning reliably even with part of it covered.
Can I generate a QR code for Wi-Fi, a contact card, or an email?
Yes. Switch the data type to Wi-Fi, Contact (vCard), or Email and fill in the fields — the app builds the correctly formatted payload for you, still entirely in your browser.
